Methinks perhaps that really wasn't the case, Ross.  I think Dale knows that 
Bob's service to me has been virtually flawless;  the "seenby" issue though 
still lingers in many minds as being in the "foreground", even if it was a 
screw-up.  Mind you, NO judgements implied by this!

This is very possibly the root cause.  (Doug, are your backbone.* files up to 
date?)
