I have mixed feelings on that type of post...essentially because I don't 
believe in baby-sitting the moderators.  They get 3 warning messages from the 
robot...that should be more than enough....and if they ignore those, then the 
posts in the echo may not accomplish much.

I can tell you that I used to receive a LOT of testy mail from moderators 
maoning that I had no right to post those messages in THEIR echoes.  One was so 
incensed he said he would refuse to list his echoes withg the list, and then, 
when one of them expired and was relisted, blamed me for it.

Oh, there are a LOT of folks who don't agree with my logic.  But, it seems 
perfectly clear to me (g).
