Perhaps in your eyes.  But then, you wouldn't be making a ruling on a PC
filed against Dale Ross of region 18''s net 1:379/1 , so it's not yours to
decide.  Unless, of course, he moves his net to R12.. Even then, appeals
could go as high as the Z1C. I don't think I really need to mention that
Dale has had occasion to piss her off recently.  Yep, a PC doesn't bode
well for Dale if it were filed.  Course, ya'll will probably be screaming
about there not being a policy all the time the PC is being considered.

Course, that'd be a lot tougher to prove.  Just because you change your
lips from your boyfriend to the keyboard, doesn't mean what you have to
say is actually the truth.  If it were, you'd be able to prove it.
