Perhaps because I had the consent of Mr Souvestre as I had a link with him at 
that time dating back to 1996.

On 2 occasions, one that pre-dated the existence of the Z1B and one that post 
dated same, I asked what if any restrictions he was imposing on his SOU_STAR 
echo, his reply both times "anyone who wants it" with no further restrictions.

It has also been practice to also mesh our admin echoes, something the 
"mesh-master" at 379/1, never could figure out?

Similiarly there is no restrictions on my admin echo.

Now why dont you go ponder something else.
