Without being there, your claim is moot.  Only she knows for sure how it
happened. Without her eplanation, as you've stated above and pointed out
for us that even if plausible, you're speculating that it wasn't an
accident.  Provide positive proof that it was deliberate (someone saw her
add those nodes to the SEEN-BYs) or drop it.
