It takes a *CC to hold a recall of an IC or ZC.  That means you and Dale
will have to convince at least six of the 10 RCs in Z1 to even hold a
hearing to replace the Z1C. You'll also have to convince at least 3 of the
5 ZCs that the IC isn't doing his job in order for them to even hold a
hearing.  I wish you luck in this endeavor.  You'll need every bit of it
you can muster, since nobody but you, Dale and a few misfits in R12 are
listening.  Or, you could run for Z1C again and use this as your platform,
but we all know how that will go, don't we?
