I shall willingly take credit for the creation of the word "Prolly", and
"Gummint" as well, having initiated trheir usage in 1994.  I figure that they
will be included in a lexicography somwhere around 2008 if I keep up the good
work; I am also trying to reintroduce the semicolon [;] into general usage by
the masses, bith high and low.
