Here's a radical idea.

Since Z1 seems to be filled with nothing but incompetent, lying
favor-seekers, how's about we just crash the zone entirely and let Ward run
the show as an absentee landlord?

That seems to be what everyone's asking for, since the accusers have no
substantive solutions to offer.
