This had better not apply to gated echos, as I doubt Dale has enough
influence to affect those other nets.

His use (or abuse) of NOBOGUS ought to be a point of contention, if - as
Ross has said - Dale's filtering messages.

Doesn't Dale know that sort of thing smacks of censorship, or does he even
care?

Lemme guess, Dale, no explanation that makes sense is forthcoming...
