Why is it stupid Todd???

Assuming that the old ways were in place now, if one ZC didnt get a SEG into 
the IC, the same ramifications exist.. On the other hand if the IC has 
problems, the entire globe is without a nodediff.

Ward is currently here in the States on a extended business trip, if his system 
is locked, how would Joe Sysop in Smithville USA or Stuttgart Germany get a 
nodediff?

The currect system doesnt rely on one individual, ergo if one individual has an 
issue, it is contained to one zone and _not_ all 6.
