When we had a Zone 1 resident as IC on the outset he was the ZC as well, when he stepped down as ZC and kept the IC hat, he no longer did nodelist processing, Moufarrege did and the other ZC's did theirs exactly as you seen it described. In the earlier days the processing was done as described in policy, it has since changed and still in use. We now have a IC who as an executive/head of a Belgian firm is on a extended business trip, if his system locks up, do you want to go for weeks without any updates?
