I am not the one requiring the explaintion, Janis does, I saw you provided a 
lame one to her in ZCC-PUBLIC, of course perhaps in such a way to save face for 
yourself in light of your ignorance being shown to you?

Of course heckling about it with Darrell does you no good, because he was a RC 
and he knew how the ZC's did it, oddly enough Moufarrege was the ZC then and 
was compiling the nodediffs the same way Janis and the other ZC's do now, I 
find it odd that you are stating that Janis made an arbitrary decision to 
change the way she does nodelist ops when in fact she is doing it exactly the 
same way it has been done by her predecessors and the other ZC's for several 
_years_ now.

I find it odd that you resort to pulling out a policy document and to quote it 
when you have gone on record as to having major problems with it and to which 
if we want to use policy in the context you tried to, then we have quite a few 
illegal nets out there because many nets are by policy "trivial", and the way 
we have gone to accomodate ION nodes is contrary to the old practices, and we 
wont mention the geographic exemptions we have seen over the past 3 years nor 
will we mention how unenforceable ZMH is.
