That is a fact.

This phrase makes no sense.

Let me try to set you straight on this.  ZC2 does not submit his complete zone 
2 segment in Zsegs, he only submits a difference file for his zone 2 segment 
(ZONE2.AD?).  This must be applied to the Zone2 segment each week to create a 
new ZONE2 segment.  The IC does not create a master nodelist or nodediff for 
the ZCs to use.  Each ZC creates the master nodelist themselves.  They do this 
from segments sent in ZSEGS by the other ZCs.   All the ZCs except for Ward
send in a complete segment like I do.  Once all the segments are in or created, 
a nodediff is created by each ZC and released in their respective zones.

Exactly what game is it that you think I am playing?  I'm waiting for your 
explanation.
