Hello Z1B!

This packet, with a number of messages in it, from the same echo, hit here 10 
minutes +/- ago and was of course manually released. As I read that echo and 
partook in it just this morning, I know the linkages were correct earlier 
today:

AREA:WHAT'S_HOT!
@PATH: 135/382 10/345 379/1 106/1

Messages that come from 10/345 from my perspective should immediately be 
followed by 106/1. Ideally 379/1 should not have tossed this to 106/1 because 
of seen-bys, either this is a seenby config issue on 10/345 or a linkage issue?
