I would differ about the statement "not asleep at the wheel" as it applies to 
the echolist.  Several of us have had to tell you how to insure you get 
updates, how the routed netmail form the robot works...all of which could have 
been gleaned if you read the docs, looked at the elsit distribution, visited 
the web page, etc.  But maybe it's more accurate to say you're dorwsy at the 
wheel.

And what is that suppossed to mean?  Or is it yet another of your snide

One way to find out, rather than speculate, would be to read echoes where they 
have either announced their policies or answered questions about them.

This is getting real old, and filling the echo with stuff that's better 
answered in other places.  If you have further comments about the echolist and 
it's operation, please post them in ELIST.
