Before I would even remotely give Dales assertions any creedance, I would wait 
and see if this node fails to show up this upcoming week.

If you read the Z1C echo and I know Dale reads the Z1C echo, Janis accidentally 
generated the Z1 Nodediff a day early. That was also the same day the Z2 seg 
was sent over, so its entirely possible that this foobar failed to have the Z2 
seg included.

Each ZC builds their nodediffs based on the Zone Segs and regional segs they 
receive.

If Dale wants to consider an accident as playing games, that is his problem its 
not like he has not ever had foobars of his own before.
