THe robot doesn't post the warnings to any echoes...it sends them to the 
moderators...not everyone gets either elist or echolist.

Andrea...if moderators truly didn't want to loose their echoes, they'd update 
them in a timely manner...wouldn't they?

Depends on who saves it, and how much exposure there is about that person's 
stated policy.
