Take from the above that messages from your system arent being given immediate 
delivery status Andrea when they reach his system. It would not surprise me 
that since his announcing "neater and stricter" nobogus traps that he is 
sidelining for manual inspection, any message which might have a PID line 
identifying itself as written by or coming from one of your products (PX)?

As far as trying to influence, he read that book but his dictionary says 
"dictate to".
