One need I think if you check, you'll find that Joe sysop simply sends his routed outbound to his uplink, who sends it to his uplink, and so on. This it's behooven on the various hubs to know which uplink each net is linked to. Every ZHub I know, who's the slightest bit responsible, knows what routing is necessary to get to another ZHub.
