      Sort of a BRIEF summary of changes, hopefully in a separate file, or at
least it's own area so I don't have to scan the whole file looking for stars.

      And I'm not suggesting more work for Foxy, _no_.

      REC17 only sends in an update when there is a change.  140/1 tries to
advise her when a link changes in it's distribution.
