The topic of this echo pertains to a database for the purpose of
documenting routes for nets via which routed netmail may flow.

Whether members of R12 and/or Net 229 are justified in what they
do to accomodate potential new nodes or what is/isn't the correct
proceedure to list a new node are issues that are not included in
the scope of this forum.

There are options available to the potential node in FL and to
the node currently listed in Net229 who resides in the US, but
they should be discussed elsewhere. Preferably in netmail.

Please take this OFF-TOPIC thread to a more appropriate forum.
