IMO, new prospective members should have their options explained to them and 
they should decide where they want to be listed. After this chap mentioned 
Net229, one Net229 sysop offered this chap a node number and a feed, and the 
"zoo" ensued from there. It's ridiculous and embarassing. I don't see how you 
can single out this one Net229 sysop for abuse over this situation. He offered 
his help and he did it free of politics, without any coercion, and without 
slandering any one or any other net or region.

Your reaction is insane.
