I'm not concerned about how much of my, or Dave's, or Carl's time is taken up. 
I'm concerned about how much of the (potential) node's time is taken up.

If he wants a node number, he can contact me and I can do all the politics and 
finalize all the technical details for him. All he needs to know about the 
process is what addresses to punch into his software.

Like I said - one stop shopping.
