These pumps have been around forever, for free use.  All of the sudden
someone's worrying about wear and tear?  Nope, it's just another means to
nickel and dime the public.

Not a problem for me.  Just pull into Firestone or Goodyear and have the guys
do it.   No muss, no fuss.
