Yes, and I agree with you. Foxy was talking as if Todd's errors were the antithesis of life on earth. Yoy have no knowledge of what I have or not have done. Remember, I am speaking solely of technical issues dealing with FidoNet. I also speak with the knowledge that, insofar as the limited scope of the mail moving I have done, I haven't had any of my downlinks come to me with a problem related to my configuration. However, I will admit to having downtime due to hardware issues. (And a wife that didn't know how to restart everything after a power failure. A certain IREX in use flag was still on the hard drive that she knew nothing about.) Maybe this year Santa will bring me the UPS I haven't been able to afford yet :) So, yes I have had issues that have affected my downlinks. But, as of yet, not due to misconfiguration. I would never be so bold as to think that it won't happen. Most likely, because I have mentioned it here, something will happen and I will make an error. Murphy's Law and all ... And if you hadn't had the teremity to make a statement that had no basis in fact, if anything does happen that is my fault, I am placing the blame entirely on you for bringing the subject up in the first place! Murphy's Law and all ... :) Robert --- GoldED+/W32 1.1.5-0718 * Origin: RuneKeep - telnet://runekeep.darktech.org (1:229/2000) .
