When we first got the software fix I examined a huge number of echomail
packets to see if all the  seenbys were being put in correctly and did
not find any.. I know we had one echo for a while that was only getting
1 seenby put in it.. I ran repair several times on the database it did
not clear it so I had to delete the tag and re-add it.. That seemed to
clear it... I suppose there could be a couple more like that just a
matter of catching it.. But it does not add up as the processed message
numbers are exactly the same between dale and steve. So go figure.
