It's actually pretty simple. You had atleast one message from the echo to which 
you are not entitled to access, therefore you have access to the echo, or at 
the very least, the contents thereof.

If you were only forwarded one single message from the echo by one of the 
poeple who is entitled to access it, you are reading Todd's words out of 
context.

Either way, it amounts to you continuing to demonstrate your complete lack of 
ethics where it comes to you getting your way.
