Try ftp://glonet.co.nz and grab any files with names like WWB*.* for an idea of what's involved; most of the non-English-language echos appear in these lists as purely regional WWB conferences but aren't in echolist or backbone.na The split exists due to language, with Z1 using English and Z2 multilingual.
