Factor out the WWB as its emphasis is outside Zone 1. Only difference between what's carried on the NAB and Z1B are what's deemed as "dead" echos. If you wish to carry everything active or no, your better bet is to connect with the NAB. If you wish to only carry echos which have traffic (save maybe a handful of low traffic echos which were either inadvertently deleted by the Z1B or transformed back to limited life), Z1B connection is fine.
