      BACKBONE.NA lists whatever echos that moderators have requested be
transported, without the need for begging support from others.  As far as I am 
aware it's a relatively accurate listing of what's available.  There's few, if 
any, echos listed in any other lists that aren't also listed in BACKBONE.NA. 
And I'm NOT willing to go into a discussion of what compromises what some claim 
are 'dead' echos.
