ML> all ross was saying is that one doesn't need to feed from ML> the Z1B to be a Z1B hub... It has been my opinion for some time, Mark, that for any "distribution system" employing a central mesh method of operation (as do the NAB and the Z1B), only the central fully meshed hubs "qualify" as members. This, I feel that the Z1B would do well to drop the "Tier2" title and position altogether and simply list whichever hubs have direct connects with Tier1 nodes as "connections". Various "levels" of member hubs harkens back to the time when echomail only came into the net from an NEC who fed from an REC or RHub who fed from one of three so-called "stars". This is long outdated. What good does it do to continue to cling to obsolete concepts? --- Platinum Xpress/Wildcat! v1.4c * Origin: Pogo's (1:361/1) .
