Tier2 status is terminology applicable to the distribution system known as the 
Z1B, you need not be a tier anything or a NAB anything or a title anything to 
route netmail.

The ability to route netmail is not a affirmation or non-affirmation for 
"status" in a distribution system, anyone who refeeds is said to be be route 
capable.

I aint here to talk you out of your pursuit, if thats what you want to do, 
knock yourself out, contact their Z1BC at 1:2624/306.
