what's even funnier is that permission was given and then that party stepped 
down and another was placed in that position... the funny part is that this 
other one evidently wasn't told or notified by anyone that permission had been 
given... when it was "discovered" is when the hue and cry went up... and that's 
after yet another one has been installed to that same position...
