The script was written by Bob long ago so you didn't need tarrot cards. You've 
seen it before, you certainly should have known the content.

To answer your question, Bob had replied to Frank that he and others had 
attempted to remove politics from echomail distribution. I queried him about 
his past motives for distributing the Reg12 echo because I considered them to 
be highly politically motivated since there was a Z1C election at the time.

When one considers this and other events of a political nature it is difficult 
at best to believe people are sincere with such statements. Perhaps Frank is 
thought of as gullible by these people, I don't know.
