Hello All!

Have added a new Fidonet node into the region 18 segment, he hails from Winston 
Salem NC, is IP only node and will be a RIN.

J C Doll and he will be 1:18/350

He is setup for a mail feed here but since I only received his info on Friday 
06/29, he isnt in the nodelist yet and wont be until 07/06, but he is inserted 
in MAKENL.CTL rearing to go on next weeks submit run.

He is fixing in echoes as we speak.

I informed him that routed netmail to him prior to him showing up in the 
nodelist may fail, but I have the necessary overrides on O/T track here, under 
Known/Exclude.
