Bob Seaborn has never apologized, or admitted wrongdoing.  And he continues in 
a position where he can breach trust with mail.

 RC> What happened with the seenby thing was _wrong_.

Foxy has never apologized, or admitted wrongdoing, and continues to make up 
unbelievable scenarios where she tries to explain it as a technical snafu.  She 
continues in a position where she can abuse her trust.

 RC> What you did was _wrong_.

Darrell has repeatedly admitted the wrongdoing, and voluntarily removed himself 
from the position of trust.

 RC> All the incidents have one thing in common they _cannot_ be undone.

 RC> You sir are no more perfect than the next guy and 
 RC> cannot be considered an Angel held on high.

There's a pretty big difference.
