There is no -both- groups, there is only one committee and that is the one 
afraid to reveal their real names. Even when there was a committee for the main 
routelist, there still was no claok and dagger about it as it was well known 
who was publishing the route list, in this case there isnt this knowledge.

Ha.. My father worked for the NSA from its inception til 1987, I have been to 
Fort Meade a number of times..

But your assessment is correct, no matter who is producing any route list, that 
does not mean any hub is bound to use it, something the thick heads cannot 
bring themselves to comprehend.
