Where in the Rules does it state that issues with the hatching of routelst.nnn 
is not allowed? Your last moderator warning was in response to my question 
asking for the information on why my nodenumber was put in the tic seen-by. The 
Z1EC the person responsible for hatching this file has stated that she knows 
the chain of events that caused this. Sicne this echo, Z1_ROUTING is for that 
file I asked my question here because many other nodes would also like to know 
since they too were impacted by that event. No where in the rules do I see 
where issues concerning hatching of this file is not allowed. So perhaps you 
need to clarify this or have the Z1EC explain those events so that nodes will 
stop asking why.
