Hi Folks,

In order to facilitate updates to routelist I'm going to post some rules here. 
Hopefully, these rules will cut down on some of the off-topic bandwidth in 
here.

If you have a problem with any of the rules, let me know and we'll check out 
your objections and see what we can work out.
