Technical experts can prove that the SEEN-BY stuffing can only occur through direct manual intervention on Foxy's part. Even someone with a minimal understanding of tics understands that. It would be EXTREMELY difficult to come up with a story to explain the situation with the tic for that routing file. If it were a single node it would be easier but still very difficult if that single node didn't connect to her system for files. That is why she has not said anything because try as she may, she cannot come up with a story.
