The Zone Internet Only nodes were removed from the zone section of the
routelist when I was notified that Mouf's system was totally down and
wasn't coming back up any time soon.

I don't quite see the point in listing each and every one of the 3xxx
ZINs seperately when routed netmail for all of them should presumably
default to the ZC's system anyway, unlike other admin and help nodes
listed in that section of the nodelist. I have now added an entry giving
a "default" route for all ZIN 3xxx numbers.

I was also under the impression that those Zone Internet only nodes were
in process of being "merged" back into one or another region, since every
region now has at least one net that is capable of correctly handling
POTS <> INO problems as regards routed netmail.

Evidently I am mistaken?
