Well.. I've been working on removing them - but this week a fellow from a 
Region was refused a node number because he is internet only... very very bad 
in my opinion.  Rather than put him Region 11 (I'm sure Gary wouldn't mind
<g>), I did add him to the Zone independants until I can get this region
straightened out.

I think it might be a good time to talk about some of the ideas some of us have 
discussed in the past regarding a Internet only net kind of thing.. perhaps if 
I can get some free time today, I'll start a discussion of this in Z1C.
