No there is only one person that has acted the bully part. You are the one that 
has attempted to control things. You are the one that is not as important as 
you might think. You are the one that has played games with the routing list, 
the one that originally was NOT yours to play with.

After all, you are the sysop that stuffed node numbers in the seen-bys of your 
TIC so that certain nodes would not receive it. You might think that is cool 
and powerful. Just because the Z1C supported you on the issue does not make it 
so.
