Hey, hey, hey, this guy is not a bone for you two to fight over - he's a lost 
node, who needs a valid nodelisting.  It's not Kevin's fault that the NC and 
NEC of his net disappeared before they updated the nodelist seg to show that he 
has changed to IP only.   Just use that email address Todd has provided, and 
make sure this poor node has a valid, working nodelisting, whether he becomes 
NC of net 284 himself, or a regional independent node in region 14, or a node 
in Todd's net, or winds up in Net 229.

After he is taken care of, then Todd and Michael can fight.
