Some of them, yes. Actually, one of the nodes listed within the last month got 
handed to by one of our existing nodes, already connected and functioning, so I 
listed him. I didn't know where he was. It's not something that I, as a 
nodelist clerk, really need to know, is it?

The highest priority criteria here, since you seem unable to figure it out, is:

    what the sysop wants
