What sort of size limitation?

I've got my message bases set to 365 days / 10k messages, and some of them are 
getting close to that limit and I'm not experiencing any problems. I've talked 
to others who have 30k+ messages in Squish bases without problems.

Is it a software limitation of some sort? Running entirely within the Husky 
suite/LNX over here.
