Do you now speak for R18, Dale?

I have no concern with the business of other regions until it spills over into
my baliwick, technical or not.  I have a few concerns with some individuals in
other regions that may or may not be of a technical nature.  I have a few
concerns with some individuals in *my* region that may or may not be of a
technical nature.

However, I don't need a mouthpiece to voice these concerns, or to draw
conclusions as to my feelings without having been provided the basis to do so.

IOW, don't presume to tell anyone what I think; I can and will do that myself.
