Please, this is not a regional thing. There are a few sysops in this region 
(R18) that feel like business in other regions is their business. But remember, 
this is not a regional thing it is a personal thing. This node and I think most 
nodes in this Net could care less what you do in your region UNLESS it somehow 
causes us a technical problem. Is there some reason this causes me a technical 
problem that I am not aware of?
