He also answers to the *C above, who answers to the *C above.  And
somewhere along that route is someone who still uses P4 as a guideline.
Carl, if these nodes could not get listed in their geographic nets or
Regions, I'd have no comment.  But at least several of them could, yet
you and this Net are past the point of even directing anyone anywhere
except your segment.
