Remember my explanation that Ontario is a big place? There are atleast two nets 
in Ontario, and quite probably more. Picture Carl being listed in N229. {smile} 
I know how you hate those "rules" being broken and all.

So it's ok that nodes in R12 move around from net to net, so long as it's not 
infringing on the rights of the other regions to have as many nodes as

Funny thing; people don't seem to be looking elsewhere very often. When it
